Lipstick Favorites

Hello! I hope everyone is having a great week. Since we are on spring break this week, my husband and I are trying to get some things done around the house. One thing on the list is to redo our bedroom, so I have been painting while he is at work.Today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite lipsticks.

1. Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Smitten- This is a nice berry color that is perfect for fall and winter. I like these stains because they are light with one coat, but the color can be built with a couple of layers. The only issue I have, is they tend to dry my lips out. Anytime I wear them I exfoliate and use a lip balm on top of it.
2. Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Honey- I talk about this color all of the time on my blog. It is definitely my all time favorite color and the one I wear the most often. It is a natural lip color but better.
3. Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Romantic- I love this red color. Just like Smitten and Honey, it can be applied lightly for a more natural color, or a few layers will give it a bolder color. I would say that it has a hint of orange in it too.
4. Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in Creamsicle- I don't wear this color to much in the winter, but I think it is the perfect color for spring and summer. These lip butters are nice and creamy and don't dry my lips out.
5. Studio Gear Cosmetics Lipstick in Smile- I'm almost positive that I got this in an Ipsy Glam Bag a while ago. This isn't a color that I would have picked out for myself, but I like it for a night out.
6. Clinique Long Last Lipstick in Bamboo Pink-This is a nice natural color, similar to Revlon's Honey.
7. Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in Nude Delight- This color is a peachy-nude. I love that it doesn't wash me out or make me look dead, like other nude lipsticks I have tried. It's nice and creamy.

What are your favorite lipsticks?

  1. Very beautiful choices and a nice mix of colors. I love Revlon lipsticks too. The lip butters and the balm stains are really great formulas! I am a fan of the Honey balm stain, and I have used up a lip butter in Candy Apple. Love them! xoxo Lauren

  2. Thanks! Most of my lip products are Revlon. They are the best! I love the lip butter and balm stain, I just wish the stain wasn't so drying. I think its just because it is winter and the air is so dry. In the summer hopefully I will be able to use them more. I haven't tried Candy Apple yet, but I do like the way it looks.
